At Bradstrupgård we produce meat of the highest quality, where animal welfare and taste go hand in hand. Our own beef cattle are bred with a minimum of 25% Wagyu genetics, and we are working hard to reach close to 100% Wagyu.


In addition, we have slaughtered calves of different breeds, e.g. Jersey - Angus, Blue and White, Red Angus, which ensures you meat with fantastic taste and tenderness. We never compromise on quality and offer meat that can be felt and tasted with every bite. Whether you need meat for everyday meals or for a special event.


Bradstrupgård also has egg-laying hens, we produce around 80,000 eggs per year and they are sold locally or in our farm shop.
Testing is carried out for salmonella, in accordance with current legislation and to ensure a high standard and quality.
